FAQ's

-Yes, we offer an all-purpose cleaning product, and we recommend that you try our best-selling Fresh Kicks Cleaning Wipes. This is quick, easy, and disposable, and it is also safe for all sneakers.
POLICIES
RETURNS
-You have 30 calendar days from the date you got the item to return it.
Your item must be unused and in the same condition as you received it to be eligible for a return.
Your product must be in its original packaging.
Your item must be accompanied by a receipt or evidence of purchase.
Please keep in mind that you are handing in your shoes at your own risk.
We are not responsible for any damages sustained as a result of your kicks.
This will depend on the circumstances of each situation. If this occurs, we will examine the order.
MINOR DEFECTS
-Have your packages been thrown around by the couriers? Have any of the items come leaking or damaged? Simply send us an email with as much data and images as possible to info@freshkickslaundry.com.au. We’ll replace the impacted portion of your order.
MAJOR DEFECTS
-In cases where we have determined that a major defect has occurred, you will be eligible for your choice of:
- Refund
- Store Credit
- Replacement of the order
REFUND
-We will inspect your item upon receipt and notify you that we have received your returned item. We shall do so.
After checking the item, we will immediately advise you of the status of your refund.
If your return is accepted, we will credit your credit card (or original method of payment) immediately.
Depending on your card issuer’s restrictions, you should receive the credit within a specific number of days.
LOSS OF PARCELS
-The Fresh Kicks Laundry is not accountable for parcels lost or misplaced in transit by third-party vendors and/or contractors. This includes, but is not limited to, all products sold and sneakers sent to and from our locations.
If a parcel is considered missing by the couriers, The Fresh Kicks Laundry will replace your order at our expense. It means a lot to us that you may still enjoy the fun of cleaning your sneakers! The procedure of declaring a parcel lost may take 7-14 days, so please be patient during this time. We are not responsible for the success of insurance claims.
SNEAKER CLEANING SERVICE
-As a Fresh Kicks Laundry customer, you offer us your shoes at your own risk and agree that we might not be able to return your shoes to the state you expected. All orders will be retained for a maximum of 6 months. If you do not collect your shoes within this time frame, you will be charged.
Fresh Kicks Laundry reserves the right to dispose of those shoes in any way they consider appropriate.

Pricing and Payments
-Prices are in Australian dollars (AUD) and include GST. Prices displayed on the website do not include taxes.
Include delivery costs. Delivery costs will be computed automatically during the checkout process based on the number, its validity duration, and the CVN.
